Killorglin made the journey to Youghal for fourth league game. Killorglin received kick off on the 22. The pack made several strong carries bringing play to the 10 metre line when Tommy Moriarty broke the line carrying into the Youghal half, offloading to Shane O'Neill. A good pass to Josh Morell saw him sprint to score under the posts with conversion by Luke Oshea. Killorglin made several good attacks in the following spell but loose passes and good defence kept score unchanged until the 28th minute when Josh Morell touched down near the posts with conversion by Luke Oshea for 14-0 lead. Youghal pressed for a score. They were awarded a penalty on 5 metre line, elected to take a scrum. From a strong defensive scrum Fionn O'Shea put in a huge tackle driving his opposite number back 10 metres. Youghals only reward for their attack was a long range penalty to make half time score 14 - 3 to visitors. Killorglin pressed to increase their advantage and after 10 minutes of second half Josh Morell scored his hat trick of tries with again converted by Luke Oshea. Killorglin secured the bonus point with a stunning team try with play moving from touchline to touchline. In last sequence of excellent passes Timmy Lynch passed to Darragh O'Shea who gathered at full speed to outstrip the defence touching down under the posts with conversion by Luke Oshea. The game became scrappy after this with some unpleasant scenes. Youghal scored one unconverted try to leave final score at 8 - 28. A tremendous display on the road by all 20 players.
