Killorglin 25 Scariff 5

First home league game of season saw Killorglin start strongly but held back through concession of 5 penalties in first 6 minutes. When able to launch a proper attack,  Killorglin scored a try through Timmy Lynch with conversion by Luke O'Shea. No further score until on the stroke of half-time Scariff scored an unconverted try for half time score of 7-5.

Killorglin played against the wind in second half and increased their lead through 2 penalties by Luke O'Shea. Now dominating all play Killorglin added 2 more tries through Kevin Courtney and Seamus Doyle with first converted by Luke O'Shea. Killorglin showed great defense all day but will need to improve discipline in future games to keep the winning run going.
